Country Select

This page is used to test Lookups and a potential issue with DiffScrapes. There's no work item as yet but I need to find out if there is a problem between testing the Begin Scrape method from the MC and the Scrape WSM config option as there appears to be.

To test this we'll have a drop down list of countries. These items are already translated in an existing target set, so when we do a scrape with DiffScrape turned on, they should not be picked up. When we do it with DiffScrape turned off, they will be picked up.
