Embed Tag Scrape

When embed tag scrape is true this text should come through as a single match with the embedded tags intact

When embed tag scrape is missing from the target set, it should revert back to the Globals - at the moment it is reverting to False and therefore it's scraping the data wrong. Needs to fall back to Global setting.

I won't define a target set for this page so I can test scraping. How do I test scraping when there's no MC for this site? Hmm.
