Further Adventures in RepParams

This test page will hopefully be used to reproduce and fix the issue 3204 raised by Lucy when working on the Staffology site.

The problem is that the text is "Leeds Office", but when translated needs to be "Bureau de Leeds" - but it doesn't work with a repParam < %Str:Simple:10:1% > Office - the replacement is Bureau de %1%.

Forgot to mention, it's in French.
